Shipping
If you've purchased a standard size (not marked as custom) we will dispatch from our Sydney warehouse within 1 business day. Same day for orders placed before 12pm. We ship using Australia Post and you can upgrade to express shipping if you choose.
If you've purchased a custom size (marked made-to-order), please allow 10-14 days extra as our team at the atelier puts on their white gloves and tailors it to fit you.
Wear guarantee
If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you feel that your bra isn’t fitting, we’re happy to exchange it and help you find a better size. Please follow the instructions included with your order to schedule a 1:1 fitting call, where our bra fitting expert will talk through your sizing, any usual fit issues you have with bras, and help make sure you end up with a bra you can feel comfortable wearing every day.
Returns and exchanges
Outside of sale periods, you can return or exchange your bras within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated. However, during the November sale:

They’re offered at a generous 50% off - a great chance for women who already wear and love Le Original V1, Le Curve V1, Le Corsetti and Le Demi and would like to restock. -
Le Original V2 & Le Curve V2 – Eligible for our 30-day wear guarantee from the day of delivery. If you’re a first-time customer and the fit isn’t quite right, just email us or book a complimentary 1:1 video fit session with one of our experts.
Please note: For purchases made during sale periods, refunds will incur a $12 restocking fee. In addition, free gifts included with your order (the tote, cap, mystery bra, or limited-edition undies) can’t be returned, and if your return brings your order below the qualifying spend, the retail value of those gifts will be deducted from your refund.
Mystery bra refunds are not available for change of mind (e.g. because you don’t like the colour). If you need a size exchange, we will exchange to a colour that is available at our discretion.
For sanitary reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are unsure about your size, we recommend starting with just one pair.
How does your sizing work?
We have our own sizes for bras. You can translate your current bra size or do a fitting by going to fit.theonetwo.com
Why do you have your own sizing?
The industry standard sizing is inconsistent and confusing. Did you know that a 12B is the same cup size as a 14A and 10C? Not intuitive... Furthermore, as cups get larger the confusion becomes more exaggerated - a G cup can mean 3 different things depending on where the bra was manufactured.
We'd love the industry to join us in creating a new, more intuitive sizing system. For us, a 4 cup is the same size no matter what band you are.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are ethically manufactured in Sri Lanka and China. We're proud to partner with manufacturers who are aligned with our values - beyond just paying a fair wage, they are also leaders in promoting and educating women, as well as leading the industry in sustainable and ethical production.
What about sustainability?
We believe in leading the industry in sustainable practices without compromising on product quality. So we're doing a lot, but don't claim to be perfect.
We are:
- Pioneering the use of our proprietary hero fabric, which is a sustainably manufactured by-product of organic cotton. We take what would otherwise be a waste product from cotton production and process it in a sustainable way to create a gorgeous, slinky fabric, with all of the good features of cotton (breathable, sweat-wicking, cool to touch).
- Using the most sustainable high performance trims we can find (again, without compromising on quality).
- Committed to minimising our use of plastics and using recyclable packaging materials.
